Stock items that require no customisation will be dispatched on the day of purchase providing the order is received by 1pm. Any goods that may take slightly longer we will email or call you on receipt of your order to confirm the lead time.
All returns must be authorised, if good are returned unauthorised they will be refused.
We comply with current legislation with regards to all our company policies, specifically the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations 2000. Returned goods must be unopened / unused and returned within seven days.
In the event of a cancellation printing and embroidery costs are non refundable once the goods have been customised. Please remember it is the customers responsibility to take care of the goods whilst they are in your possession, goods returned damaged or used we will not be able to exchange or refund. Any refunds will be completed within 30 days.
Nothing contained in the above affect your statutory rights.
Please remember when you sign for the goods to check that the package is sealed and unopened - if you have any doubts please call us first.
